The edible internal parts and some extremities, e.g., sweetbreads, feet, liver, heart, and kidneys, which are removed before an animal carcass is cut up.

Vegetable peeler 
The blade of this cooking utensil has 2 sharp slits and is used to remove the peel from vegetables and fruit as thinly as possible.  Peelers are available with a fixed or rotary blade.
